REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy covers readings/in-person consultations, written reports and/or pre-recorded readings sold within the AstrologySphere Shop.

Consultations: Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you have pre-booked an in-person consultation and wish to reschedule or cancel, you will need to contact me, preferably by email, 48 hours prior to your booking in order to qualify for a refund or move your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 25% of the full price for the consultation.

Written & EMAIL REPORTS/VIDEO READINGS

If you have placed an order for a written report, and wish to cancel it, please do so within 24 hours of purchasing in order to qualify for a refund via the original payment method used to make the purchase. Once confirmed via email or notification, please allow a few days for the amount to show up on your Paypal/card balance – this may be due to processing delays on the part of third party payment merchants.

All written reports and video/email readings are non-returnable once delivered to you. It is therefore important to provide the correct borth, location, time of birth data when filling out an order form. Kindly contact me within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change any birth information used to construct the report – I will confirm in writing that I have received your message before proceeding to construct the report.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for readings or reports to the closest value of the amount stated on the card. However, it should be not confused with cash/credit – no change or credit will be issued for the unused portion of the voucher
  • This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • This voucher is not redeemable to purchase another gift card
  • Valid for a single transaction only
  • Gift cards are also not insured – no replacement will be issued in the event of loss/theft
  • Gift cards are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Gift cards may also not be sold or transferred

sale items

The same terms and conditions apply to sale items as to regular-priced items. Please see above for details. If a sale item qualifies for a refund, you will receive a refund to the value equivalent of the sale price – not the full price.

exchanges/resale

Everything in the AstrologySphere shop is designed to be bespoke and so cannot be exchanged or resold once delievered/sent by email to a customer.

If an item was purchased in the form of a gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your purchase, provided your transaction qualifies for a refund. All gift cards are not exchangeable for cash. Please see further terms and conditions above.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once confirmed via email or third party notification, please allow a few days for the amount to show up on your online payments company/card/bank balance – this may be due to processing delays on the part of third party payment merchants or differing business hours as a result of international time zones.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as there amy have been an updating delay.
  • Next, contact your credit card company or , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
