Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy covers consultations, written reports and/or pre-recorded readings.

Consultations: Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you have pre-booked an in-person consultation and wish to reschedule or cancel, you will need to contact me, preferably by email, 24 hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 25% of the full price for the consultation.

Written Reports

All written reports and video/email readings are paid for upfront and are non-returnable once completed/created and sent. Kindly contact me within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change any birth information used to construct the report – I will confirm in writing that I have received your message before proceeding to construct the report.

Refunds

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please do so within 24 hours of purchasing in order to qualify for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Everything in the AstrologySphere shop is bespoke and cannot be resold. We therefore do not exchange items once created and sent.

Gifts

If an item was purchased in the from of a gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your voucher. However, any item such as a video/email reading or written report created especially for you cannot be refunded.
